Change Client Computer system

Hi,

I want to install protection program in the client machine while using endpoint protection program. All computer windows 7 and 64 bit. 

when i sent the program, some client seem 'windows vista business edition'. Therefore i get the error;

Install failed, launch condition.

Install failed, rolled back.

How to change my client operating system in endpoint protection manager ? or how to solve this problem ?
