SMSME 7.5 using up to much memory, how to throttle its usage?

We are running and SBS2008 Server with Exchange 2007. It ran very well until we installed Symantec Mail Security and now it runs very very slow.

Task manager is showing the process "SMSUtilityService.exe" using 700mb of memory. This seems like to much memory usage. Is there a way to throttle this down?

Right now Physical Memory usage is at 96% and CPU Usage is at 6%. We have 4gb of ram installed on this server.

Any ideas? What kind of usage are you guys getting on Mail security?
