How to create a notification using CRITICAL: NETWORK VIRUS DETECTED

Hello guys,

just wondering, we get these "CRITICAL: NETWORK VIRUS DETECTED" notifications from SEP 12.1x - But I can't seem to find that as a listed option for notifications.  I want to utilize this for different areas, but so far it looks like the closes one is the outbreak.

Could you guys let me know if this is something not available ?
