Tamper Protect Warning on Servers

Is there a way to remove the pop up tamper protect warning that displays to users?

I have servers that have the .157 client on them and they are displaying the warning. I cannot change the warning because it shows as Locked.

On my SEPM which is RU5 there isn't (or at least I cannot find it) a setting to unlock this on the client so I can uncheck the "display notification message". On my new clients that are RU5 I also don't see the "display notification message" on the client.

So is there a way from the RU5 SEPM to disable the message on the older clients?
