Base filtering engine service is not running Installation failed

Hello All,

   Base filtering engine service is not running Installation failed

  Tried to Start the Services but still no Luck

  Few Clients checked the Services was started but still failed the Install

  Few Clients I am not able find the services Base Filter

 Any Suggestion and Idea to completed a Successfull Deployment from SEPM or Push Deployment Wizard
