Adding Clients to EndPoint Manager

I need some help I have a handful of windows 7 PC's and a Surface pro 3's that i am having issues with showing up in the End point Protection Manager. I have gone through the steps to add new clients and everything pushes through successfully but none of the ones I manually added show on the client list. All of the clients i added are showing that they are up to date on the machines but for whatever reason they  are not showing status on the server I have set for the AV.
