WDE Administrator is not showing PGP Client Console and Whole Disk Encryption is malfunctioning

Hi,

We are facing a strang problem in some specific Dell E7440 laptops. After installing user enrolled and encryption started. But default SSO screen is comming in place of the one we have configure. Not only that even the encryption can not be paused and even in battery encryption is going on. From PGP client console when we check we found WD Administrator is not present. We had tried to connect the HDD into slave of other PGP enabled systems and from there we have tried to decrypt the HDD from command line. (we have followed TECH178251). But no luck. Can anyone help us.
