Hi All....my files unable to

Hi All....

my files unable to open as usual because "that thing" has change the files type,for example :

1) myfilename.xlsx.ikokiub 2) myfilename.pptx.ikokiub 3)myfilename.zip.ikokiub

does ikokiub malware,virus or what???

and my symantec endpoint protection could not identify this ikokiub.....

please help how to get back my files...TQ
