Hi Everybody,
Since I haven't found my particular Problem with the Endpoint Protection Manager here in any way and the usual sources didn't reveal any helpful clues, I hope the community can help me.
I am running SEPM 12.1 on a Server 2003 32 bit System here, and recently the Sem5.log exploded despite us using the trunkate function via the Manager.
Point is.....my Supervisor used the workaround to delete the log, and now we cannot use the manager anymore.
An older db File will allow the embedded services to start but the manager will say it cannot connect (no reason attached), the "original" db file says "cloud features not licensed" . Which is odd, since we never ever configured any cloud features.
I can't help but feel that whole thing has been blown to pieces, but maybe one of you faces the challenge and is willing to provide some advice.
Multiple restarts didn't help in any way and the backup / restore routines cannot be started since either way - both cannot connect to the database.
