When was a client upgraded to RU5 (query from SEPM)?

I need a solution

If the title does not make it clear, I'd like to know if there are logs or a query I can do from the SEPM (or directly against the database) that will tell me when a client was upgraded. In this case I'm looking to see when an RU4 MP1 client was upgraded to RU5.

We have been seeing some issues with the recent MS Patch Tuesday patches and are trying to determine if the machines in question had RU5 first, or the MS patches. IF I could tell from the SEPM when the client upgraded, it would help us narrow down the cause.

Right now we think it's somehow related to machines running MS Access.

The symptom is that after a reboot, the machine will not boot.

The tech has to cleanwipe off RU5 and then install RU4 before the machine will boot again.

While the percentages of this happening are comparitively small, management needs some answers nonetheless.
