Forgot Admin Password. 'Forgot Password' feature does not work. v12.1.5

Hi all,

With the new feature of v12.1.5 where you have to change the admin password once every xx days, I've managed to forgot my password! :/

So I've used the 'Forgot Password' feature, however after entering my details and clicking on the 'Temporary Password' link, the application freezes and no e-mail arrives. I had to end it by closing it via Task Manager. I tried again and the issue still happens.

And yes, before you ask, I have the mail server all set up. I did a Test E-Mail and the email arrives so the mail servers do work.

Is there a way round to have the admin password to be reset?
