Can't see that AV was removed / deleted when end user removes installation (SEP.cloud)

I have discovered that if an end user removes the AV installation from their system directly that currently the SEP.cloud product can not track this and show that the product has been removed from the current PMC 'view deleted computers'.  It appears that this only tracks systems that have been deleted from within the PMC itself.

It would be very handy for the console to beable to track all deletions of the SEP.cloud deployment including those that may be removed driectly by the end user (whether intentionally or un-intentionally).  Currently, with the limited visibility and tracking that the system has with showing end points removed it is almost impossible to "see" when an end user has removed and end point themselves.

This is needed in those instances where end users must be local admins of their systems and have the capability to do so.
