Win32 virus definitions not updating

My Win64 virus definitions are updating fine, but the Win32 virus definitions havne't updated since 11/24. When I force a Liveupdate it says "Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager could not update Virus and SPyware definitions Win32 12.1 RU5". I've uninstalled Liveupdate and reinstalled it. I've also cleared out all of the virus definitions and temporary files in the Symantec folders on the installation drive to force it to download all new data. It downloads everything just fine, but the Win32 defintitions stay at 11/24.

SEP database is running on a separate SQL server on SQL 2014 Standard.
