E-mails blocked.

Any e-mails from our domain valencesurfacetech.com are being blocked.  The error message is 571 Delivery not autorized.  

This error message can be recreated by using a telnet session to the domain blocking.  They are using symantecgateway.sfjet  the problem domain is not listed on any blacklist.

Once you end the DATA and enter . to send that error message is generated.
