My customer have a problem with WDE I SSO. When end-user work outside office sometimes problem occur. User power on computer than type password in preboot window and after then appear logon account but this password don’t work. User can’t log to your own profile. Despite implementing SSO. Computer formal behave as a block.
In normal situation user type once password on preboot only!!!
When come back to office and plug wired to corporate office problem fix.
This problem isn’t regular but sometime appear. In population about 900 encrypted laptop in week is problem on 10-15.
Any suggestion how to fix and avoid this situation?
