Definitions are not updating

I need a solution

Today is the 16th of sept and the last updates were on the 29th of august. This has happened before where the client is not getting updates properly. The client log>systemlog shows this over and over Using Group Update Provider type: Multiple Group Update Providers, repeating many times over. Attached is the log. This happened before and it also this particular server that endpoint is installed is also our GUP. So other clients are failing as well but what is interesting about it is if the GUP fails they should get their updates from liveupdate anyway so why they are not I have no idea.The last time this happened endpoint was removed off the server, rebooted and fresh install of endpoint. And to make things worse..the root of C drive is filling up with random files with no extensions. {0A8F9ABC-4A1E-4FC8-BE9D-5444FE68B911} and {0A5C28D7-1AF3-41C9-896D-806ECDD18572} and so forth every five mins. I think it has something to do with this http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH162286 but why does it not store that information C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.4013.4013.105\Data\CmnClnt\ccSubSDK? Currently that folder has over 125 thousand files (4.26 gigs)

So what is causing this to break and how to fix permenantly?
