Firewall Rule

Hi All,
I have installed a USB LTE Internet Key (Huawei E3276) on a client with SEP 12.1.2015.2015 and with windows 7, but I'm unable to navigate. Seems that the problem is related to SEP NTP.
In particular the firewall policy is a "dany all" policy, and if i substitute this policy with a Allow all policy, the USB stick works correctly.

What type of exception shout I add in my "dany all policy" to solve my problem?
