LUA Product Catalog

Hi All,

I have found the following error as critical in copying SymantecProductCatalog.zip on server. However, the strange thing is that at the same time,

the distribution request completed successfully.

May I know in depth why is the product catalog failed to copy but the distribution was a success?

I usually see that when the copying symantecproductcatalog failed, the distribution failed as well.
